The apartment was quiet and fairly large, liked this place. Staff was very very helpful and helpful and provided us with climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a microwave.

It was fine base for visiting most Tulum attractions.

restaurant staff were doing a great job. the apartment was spacious and well equipped with a microwave oven, air conditioning, and an iron. greatly enjoyed to be here, especially special atmosphere. i ate in a rooftop restaurant.

The grounds and common areas were aesthetically pleasing and impeccably clean. The staff at reception were always available and eager to help with taxi arrangements. The pools, rooftop bar, and sun loungers offered stunning views of the Mayan forests. The restaurant had incredible healthy options. The resort offered safe, underground parking. The overall experience was excellent!

The bar staff was very welcoming and created a cozy atmosphere, and I appreciated the amenities like the refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, and private bathroom.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the beautiful aesthetics of the apartment. The tropical plants scattered everywhere added a lovely touch to the surroundings. We also loved the fact that there were three pools to choose from, ensuring we always had a refreshing spot to relax. Additionally, the security measures put in place made us feel safe and secure throughout our stay.

One of the drawbacks we encountered during our stay was the limited kitchen space. It was a bit small for the size of the apartment, making it challenging to prepare meals comfortably.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxury apartments! The rooms were spacious and perfect for my family. The building itself was beautiful, and the pools were amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. The rooftop had a fine view, especially during sunset. The hotel's location was great, surrounded by nature but still conveniently close to a supermarket. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place.

For us, this hotel was ideal.
